Originally trained in ‘Client-centred therapy’ and ’Behaviour Modification’. Through ongoing training I have acquired a broad spectrum of therapy skills. Nowadays I describe my approach as ‘eclectic’- enabling me to draw on a variety of skills to being able to offer what suits my client best. I believe strongly in empowering the individual.
My own therapy journey and integrated traumatic experiences have shaped me into the person I am today. My working class roots enable me to relate to people from diverse backgrounds. I enjoy horse riding and gardening for recreation.
